Day-3 : Thank you HOYA :D Forever I will love you...

2015.10.10

I wasn't planning to go see him in airport. Too tired to walk and wait...something that isn't confirmed. However, I ended up waiting in Terminal 5 again after saying I'm sleepy , hungry and everything to Lina ;D

We thought that they will go for the 3.35pm flight to Berlin. But no updates from anyone yet. So we just waited for the 7.15pm flight. If they still didn't come by that time, we're going back home.

After nearly 4 hours of waiting, they've finally arrived in T5. The staffs tricked all the fans by making them running down to the car park and thereeee tadaaa the bus that Infinite are in came back. I was like, no I'm too tired to run. I'll just wait here...

In my head, there's only Hoya and 'sign juseyo' :D

When all the members started to walk in heading to the security, fans are all over them but I still can't see Hoya. After L passed me, I can see he was walking calmly behind wearing mask and a black with red printed pattern hoodie. No one was beside himm! I ran to him and asked him to sign; that's when the manager-oppa came and took my pen from Hoya and said 'ANDWAEYO! ANDWAEYO!' I have like a 4cm line made by HOYA :DD

Luckily I know Koreans~ Basically manager-oppa was speaking Korean to everyone :DD

I just ran and walk beside Hoya. Again, asking a hand shake from him. As usual, he is my angel, always willing to put out his hand for me :D

When he arrived near the gates at the security, the manager -oppa was looking at the other members who still didn't get inside and who fans were surrounding. That's when I asked Hoya again for autograph. I was standing really near to him to make sure that manager-oppa couldn't see it lol. I was trembling very hard holding the book and pen. HE SIGNED IT ! OMG OMG OMG (I must have looked really desperate when I asked him. Freaking ugly me~~~ )  I can't even took his picture for the last time. T.T. Thank you so much HOYA. Take care and don't get sick. Take care of your injury ;'(

I'll see you again when I see you :D Love you...

Anklenotes : Everyone find manager-oppa annoying ;D I should have bicker with him replying , 'WAEYO!!! WAEYO!!!'

Day-2 : INFINITE EFFECT in London !

2015.10.09

I sneak out from my class at lunch (though my tutor knew about it) and get ready to queue at O2 Shepherd's Bush. It's a unreserved seating and I wouldn't risk my pounds that I have spent for a bad view of Infinite. I arrived at the venue around 2-ish and there's not quite a lot of people. The queue for standing was really long and I heard like some of them slept at the venue the night before. I wouldn't do that cause if my mom knew about it, she might burn every single things that related to kpop that I owned !

So, I get to know lots of Inspirits thanks to social skills that my tutor and my English teacher had helped me developed :D Got to meet a Malaysian Inspirit too that came by herself all the way from Manchester.

My aim was to find Hoya fansite, Hogam! I did find her in the standing line! I just creep slowly beside her and asked : Are you selling Hoya's slogan? When she said 'Yes!'
My angel said : You've found her!
My devil said : Bought everything that she has!

So, I spent 25gbp for 2 sets of slogan and fan ~.~ Actually I bought 3 sets! One for my friend though...

When I asked her for 2 sets, she's quite shocked to hear that ^^ and when I bought the 3rd set, she was smiling back at me. She's really nice :D

I got so lucky again ! Met Hoya again when they arrive outside the venue and I was just waving hand to him and he hi-5-ed me!!!! :D Bless you Hoya !

So Lina came after class and arrived around 5-ish. We waited outside and at 7 the door open. It's Infinite time ! Didn't get a good view from the chair but Amni's camera did a very good job! It's 30x zoom camera :D I got a HD picture of Hoya. Btw, Hoya's injured and he didn't dance except for the Infinite H stage T.T I was so sad to see him sitting at the side while the others perform. Thanks God that he still sing and attend the concert :D

I'm out of voice and felt really tired after the concert. I cried when they sing Together. They look really tired but they tried to give their best to perform infront of their fans. Thank you INFINITE!

Anklenotes: The best part of the concert when Sungkyu asked fans ,
Do you know to speak English?
Fans : YES!!!!!!!
Sorry, but I don't speak English ;'D

Day-1: Meeting Hoya again...

It's 8th October 2015 .

It has been a while since I last saw him. The last time I saw him was when Infinite on their world tour, One Great Step :) and I couldn't even get near to him when I first saw him. People were crowding him and I only got his side profile picture .

On this date, he came back to London. I was waiting at Heathrow with Lina, we were expecting for Infinite to land in terminal 4. However, France Inspirit told us they were on British Airways that departed at 3pm. So we managed to get there early. After two hours of waiting at the arrival, Infinite finally came out. My eyes were searching for Hoya and he looks so handsome, wearing a blue shirt, sunglasses and a black white coloured back pack :D

All the words that I kept reminding myself to ask him, poof! It's gone! I don't even stutter! I can't talk at all when I see he is right in front of me. That's when I started to gone crazy, recording him walking beside me like a 360 degrees camera ~.~ I asked him for a handshake and he just smiled and held out his hand to me. I don't know how to even describe it; fireworks above my head !

But the bad thing is ; my bare face ! Not even a lip tint !

I even got a thumbs up for my video from Hoya! ^^ He is so nice :)
I wouldn't dare to put my video here cuz I look terribly ugly there ;D

Anklenotes: I as a hand shake with Dongwoo too :) He's our lovely funny sexy guy. And always an angel. Hoya is my galaxy though :D

[tobeCikgujourney] Week 1

Assalamualaikum .. hmm rasa saja nak buat post ni sebab nanti bila dah kerja mesti akan ingat balik first sekolah practical bagai , basically memories :)

So, Isnin tu hari pendaftaran semua pelajar PGCE aka Post Graduate Certificate of Education. Budak PE jangan cakap lah hensem dia macam mana :D hahahaah. Okay berbalik dekat kitorang, since kitorang ni satu group Malaysian , dah la semua perempuan so basically sangat-sangat visible dalam lecture hall tu. And even staffs pun kalau cakap akan mention 'and our lovely Malaysian group' . Hahahah Barbara bawak kitorang pergi daftar and Rory (mat saleh comel Hanna minat) tolong photostat visa permit ngan passport. Tak pernah hilang kecomelan tu but not my type lah. Siap bye kitorang lagi time kitorang nak keluar. Lepas tu basically semua ngan Barbara je. Dia terangkan apa kitorang kena buat nanti and lepas lunch kitorang semua dengan budak2 yang tak pegi Naylor library, semua jalan kaki g Naylor library. Apak jauh mak ang library dia. Untuk orang UK benda tu tak jauh mana, tapi untuk orang Malaysia, YA JAUH! hahahaha

Second day , private study.
Third day , kelas subject. Mathematicians, totally lain kelas ngan scientist lah kan. But well, we get to know more people. Dan Tony , acik tua ni sangat peramah. hahaha agak susah jugak lah bila dorang bukak perbincangan pasal sekolah dorang. Kita ni dengan ta familiar dengan sistem sekolah dorang memang rasa cam hampeh la bila dorang bincang tu. Nak bagi pendapat apa pon tak tauu
Then Khamis ada workshop-Unseen Children, artikel ni Barbara dah bagi kt kitorang suruh kitorang baca . 112 page weehhhh nasib baik ada gamba2 hahahaa :) Workshop sama macam subject class, ada group2. Lepas tu lecture berejam sampai lah 4pm......
Jumaat pulak memang Malaysian je ada kelas , special case dengan Barbara lagi :) Tapi tak lah bosan sangat walaupun 9-4 tatap muka Barbara kat depan tu. And kelas Barbara memang no MALAY can be heard by her otherwise, go and recite a poem in front of the class *actually I don't really care to recite it. All Malaysians kottt* hahahahah

And so dah dapat homework skali time table next week. Time table next week ialah time table membunuh kami hahahahahahahha 9-6 kelas hari Selasa *.* senget lah aku hari selasa ni.

[DIARI RAMADHAN] D-1 : First day puasa di perantauan

Assalamualaikum. Hmm saja menerbitkan tajuk 'Diari Ramadhan' ni sebenarnya sebab ni pengalaman pertama berpuasa di perantauan :) bila lagi lah kan kita nak merasa puasa dekat tempat orang ni :D

Yes first time aku dengar kata puasa kat UK approximately 19-20 jam, sama persepsi aku seperti korang --- weh lamanya, mesti penat gila, mesti lapar gila, dah la panas kering dekat UK ni.

Tapi lepas hari first aku puasa, benda yang aku guna untuk kuatkan diri aku is mind set. Kalau kau kata susah then susah lah benda tu, tapi kalau kau mind set senang and kau yakin yang kau boleh buat then insya Allah kau boleh buat benda tu :)

So hari first puasa, sahur kul 1 pagi. Bapak awal gila. Makan nasik sekenyang mungkin sebab takut lapar hahahha biasalah kan skeptikal terhadap the fact yang kau xleh makan selama 19jam :)

Subuh pukul 2 pagi something pon. So dah solat terus menghilang bawah duvet ( though dah summer, aku still bergelumang dengan duvet aku :P ) Pukul 9 pagi aku dah bangun dah sebab nak tunggu abang shipping2malaysia tu datang. So kitorang dalam pukul 10 pagi tu dah busy dok hangkot hangkot kotak apak gabak gabak keluar kat dapur hahaha lepas tu, kerja menggerakkan Rashid dari mimpi indah dia tu. Jenuh dah abang kotak tu call, bunyi loceng rumah bagai, sampai kitorang g ambush tingkap bilik dia lah baru lah dia sedar ~.~

Pastu aku sambung kemas barang-barang yang nak pindah g Hazel Farm nanti ( location rumah summer aku ) tak habis lagi pon kemas actually hahahaha . Pukul 6 petang aku siap-siap keluar g Tesco , g beli telur . Sahur nanti nak makan apa kalau tak da telur hahaha ^^

Punya lah taknak sedar yang siang panjang, aku g tesco tak pakai jam tangan pon. Pastu sumbat earphone and jalan dengan kadar 1km/h hahahaha sejam gak lah pegi balik tesco tu.

Pastu tolong-tolong diorang masak dalam kul 7 nak pegi 8 macam tu. Maghrib sini kul 9.25 cam tu lah. Tapi since siang panjang , kalau korang tak tengok time, actually tak rasa pon macam korang puasa 19jam.

Menu berbuka hari first :
Ayam masak lemak cili api
Buah melaka
Sayur bayam tumis air
Sambal udang dengan sambal bilis tajaan Rashid
Fruit cocktail khas buatan Hanna

Haaa tudia bersusun segala atas meja. Actually ada jugak iftar yang Islamic Society buat tapi since ni ja hari kitorang dapat berbuka dengan Allya , so kitorang berbuka dekat rumah ja. Tapi seriously makanan cukup and semua kenyang , perut macam nak meletup hahahha ^^

Basically nak cerita , takat 19 jam puasa tu no hal lah bro and sis ! So , jom tackle Ramadhan kita tahun ni :D

Susah ke senang belajar di luar negara?

Assalamualaikum . Hello .

Tudia kita memanfaatkan bahasa bahasa yang kita belajar.Heheheh *okay serious serious*

Eh? Banyak gila 880gbp sebulan!

Memang banyak kalau kita pandai berjimat.

Setiap kali raya aku balik Malaysia. Maksudnya aku dapat simpan 550-650 gbp setiap kali elaun masuk (elaun 4 bulan).

Macam mana boleh jimat lagi ?

Kami seboleh-bolehnya akan makan masak dekat rumah. Sebabnya :-

So basically, aku banyak spend duit bila melawat tesco. Masa tu lah yang aku kumpul segala bahan bahan masakan sambil dalam kepala merancang nak masak apa. Plan nak memasak tu kena fikir siap siap 1 bulan in advanced. Supaya tak payah lah hari-hari nak berjalan kaki pergi Tesco tu. Lepas tu jangan lupa kumpul point tesco, bila ada voucher lagi jimat duit korang. Dan jugak ! Kalau time dia tengah half price tu beli banyak-banyak ( ops, simptom makcik makcik dah )

Aku kalau boleh mengelak untuk naik bas. Satu hala pergi tesco yang jalan kaki dalam 10-15 minit tu kos dia 80pence ( 8kupang senang cerita) , kalau dua hala 1.20gbp . Bayangkan setiap kali korang naik bas tu, duit korang melayang sama harga dengan satu bungkus buah or sayur or bawang...hmmm

Kebanyakkan orang putih dekat sini memang banyak jalan kaki je pergi kemana pon. So, taklah nak rasa awkward ke kalau kau jalan kaki seorang nak pergi mana pon. Aku pon dah terbiasa dengan budaya jalan kaki sampai rasa nak apply aktiviti ni dekat Malaysia... tapi Malaysia dia bahang ... hmm jadi steak lah aku bila sampai je dekat Tesco Taiping tu :D

Macam mana belajar pulak?

#einseoulwalk : Day 3 [ MBC , KBS , Namsan Tower ]

Assamualaikum and greetings to other :D

Yes yes yes ! It's day 3. Though feet starts to hurt, we still have the urge to explore Kpop and Seoul :)
On day 3, we planned to go to KBS (Korean Broadcasting System) main building but we got mixed up with the KBS Annex building and that's how we arrived in front of the MBC (Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation) building :)

MBC Building
Just the building, I don't know if we can enter it or not. KEkekeke so we just took some pictures and pass by it amazingly in awe hahaahha :D

This enormous poster is on KBS Annex building

Actually we stopped at wrong station. The KBS building was supposed to be at National Assembly Station :) However we did arrive to another KBS Annex building. I think they filmed a lot of shows there. There was a lot of cars coming in and out. This stop also brings you near to the 63 Building, the shining gold building --- not a real gold , but the windows reflected back the sunlight and makes it looks like it's made from gold.

Thank God, the guard ahjussi who tried his best to communicate with us in English, he said "Two stations" and the rest was just using body language kekekek :) Neomu neomu gomawoyo ahjussi !

KBS Building

Soo...... tadaaa!!!! This is the KBS building that we were searching for ! The stairs ! I have always want to stand there and shout --- Il bak Ee Il ! (2 days and 1 night ! ) I have watched 2 Days and 1 Night since Astro broadcast KBS World :) They have always been my favourite with Kang Hodong there :)

You can enter KBS , go to the cafe *which I didn't go to* and even see who's DJing the radio. We went inside for the KBS exhibition :D Nah no words can describe these, just take a look at the picture below :)
both are my favourite morning weekdays drama :)
me and Kim Bum hahahah

trying out to be an anchor ;o ohmy I'm so bad *panic attack*
alih suara ... hmm how do I said it in English.. voice dubbing for cartoons

Then from KBS, we took subway to go to Namsan tower. Yeay Namsan ! We rode a lift that brings us to the entrance of Namsan cable car. People that lining up there ..... undefined ... hmmm too long . It's about 2 floors used for people to line up. Hahaha but we managed to line up there patiently until we got to ride on the cable car and as usual we just took a single ticket so that we can experience going down Namsan by bus :) You can also walk up there to Namsan tour but we are just too ... well you know ~ hahhahaha
Sunset from inside the 'slanting elevator'

Namsan tower

Trees of love locks

Namsan tower at night, Goodnight Namsan ~

Lalalalalalalalalala~~ so that's concluded our third day in Seoul :)

#einseoulwalk : Day 2

I'm so sorry. I've been so busy after the exams. And now here we go !

So on the first day we've decided that we'll go to Nami Island on the second day. You have to buy the bus ticket to Nami Island in advance and there you can decide whether you would take a return ferry ticket or a one way ticket ferry ticket and ride the SkyLine Zipwire. That does really looks interesting but we mistakenly bought the return ferry ticket -.- aigoo

There's also two pick up point for the bus, one is in Insadong and another one is in Jamsil. Both are different bus that will bring you to the the ferry terminal and depends on your luck if you go for the last minute ticket. We were so lucky that time that there was still 3 tickets left for the Insadong pick up as Jamsil is too far from our guesthouse~ Thanks Allah.

After we passed the 'immigration', go go ferry !
I don't really know how long does it took from Seoul to Nami Island ferry terminal --- cuz I was sleeping like log at the back of the bus hahaha. I always sleep whenever I'm on bus or car :P It tooks around 5minutes by ferry to the Nami Island. On the ferry you can see people who rides the SkyLine Zipwire clearly! If I'm going to Nami Island again , I'll be sure to take the Zipwire ride instead. ;)

The front gate 'pintu gerbangggg'
do you guys remember this scene?
We went on summer , so it's more like Summer Sonata for us . hhahahah but it's a perfect lighting for darkkkkk skin me *sunburnsunburn* Everything was so beautiful *recommended for nature-loving honeymoon couple* I wonder how does everything looks when it's covered with snow in winter :) On the Island , there's also a bicycle centre where you can rent for an hour with an affordable price. There's a couple bike and a single bike. We took both of them hahaha and cycled around the island singing Yuna's Oh Bulan --- oh yes I'm the bad singer ! hahahha
selca time !
cute stone map :)

For Muslims, there's also a prayer room on the Island and there's one restaurant that served halal food there. You can taste the bibimbap , bulgogi or whatever you want in the restaurant. The portion is quite a lot and you will be fully filled up. So don't worry ! There's also hot steamy red bean bun that I love so very to muchhhh :)

Halal restaurant on Nami Island
We also didn't take the return bus from seoul. One way bus ticket from Seoul and we'll go back on our own. It's because the bus will go back to Seoul on the afternoon ( as in UK afternoon a.k.a petang). However, I would like to visit Petite France , the filming place of quite various dramas and variety show ; Running Man , Secret Garden , The Man Who Came from The Stars.

We took bus ( as instructed by the guy in the visitor centre )  to visit Petite France. The bus ahjussi asked us to wear the seat belt for safety. We REALLY need to wear the seat belt actually. He was driving a big bus on the winding downhill road with a F1 racer speed ! That's nearly feel like riding an amusement park ride -.-'
Running Man 'prison'

To enter Petite France, you have to buy ticket which costs around 8,000krw++ . I'm not sure whether the price has changed since the last time we went there *Sept 2014*. There's quite a lot of lovely picture that you can take in Petite France. If you watch Running Man, the place where there's a semi circle staircase ; their prison ! Yeah there , sometimes you can see people performs there or you can just sit there hang out if nobody is performing :)

We went back by train. There's two train station there but I don't remember we went back from which station because you can still go back on both stations. S.E.O.U.L back to SEOUL ~~ hahahah
Then we planned to see Banpo Bridge Rainbow Water Fountain. You can find the show schedule on Visit Korea website *pstt ask me for the link if you're too lazy to ask mr. Google* We reached Banpo bridge around 8-ish , and we still managed to watch the last show scheduled :)

there were really a lot people hanging out there :) eating chicken and drank
After I went to Banpo bridge , I know why Koreans love to hangout near Hangang aka Han River :) especially during summer, the weather is really lovely. It's not too hot and it's not too cold. There's a lot of families and couples hanging out near there. Nahhh lonely meeee... shall bring my future nampyeon to Hangang hahahaha :DD

SO that's concluded our second day ! Let's go to the third day !

Aku jatuh cinta dengan ... si dia , Korea Selatan

Assalamualaikum. hmm kadang kadang nak jugak berblog dalam bm. Taknak lah berkarat sangat bm aku ni hihihih

hmm tajuk je pon gedeba gedebom hahaha ayat nya mereng ja kat sini. So kadang kadang mesti ramai orang wonder , apa kebenda sangat lah yang korang dok gila Korea tu.

Plastik surgeri! Macam perempuan! Tak tall , dark and handsome ! (eh?) Nyanyi pon tak boleh!

Well , ni antara benda yang aku pernah dengar dari komen komen social networking orang and well sometimes dari mulut orang sendiri. Antara yang pernah encounter aku jugak pasal aku minat Korea ni is, kau tak faham pon apa dorang cakap! Kau follow kat twitter tu kau reti ke baca? Tak semak ke tl kau?

Hmmm ni nak cerita nya. Kenapa aku soooooo into South Korea dan kenapa aku jatuh cinta dengan Korea Selatan , bukan Paris, bukan Spain, bukan Germany, bukan US , bukan Mexico :)

Aku faham most of korang korang akan cakap , walaweh tak bersyukur nya perempuan ni. Dapat berjalan kat luar negara bagai :) oh yes, aku bersyukur aku dapat opportunity nak berjalan ke negara negara barat tengok statue yang membakar jiwa raga aku dengan bisikan , dorang jajah negara aku sampai habis biji timah kat perak dorang hangkot sampai habis darah darah orang melayu sampai habis ... eh dah lari tajuk hahaha okay nah nak cerita *scroll bawah*

Kenapa aku cinta Korea Selatan ?

1. Aku lahir dari negara yang makan nasi pagi tengah hari petang malam tengah malam. Bila aku hidup dekat uk , travel tempat tempat orang putih ni. Rasa macam nak menangis tak dapat nasi. Mungkin Amsterdam is a quite good place untuk korang dapat makan nasi however .. payah nak cari kedai halal. Sapa pernah baca Aku Anak Timur tu tau , Amsterdam banyak jugak Belanda-Indonesia. Jangan terkezut golek golek pulak kalau tetiba muka apak mat saleh gila cakap Indon ok ?

So ceritanya, Korea ni still dalam Asia and dorang makan nasik. Nak makan kalau kat sana, carik nasi dengan grilled seaweed pon aku dah boleh hidup hahahaha

2. AKU ANAK TIMUR sangat.

Habis tu kenapa Korea? Kenapa bukan Jepun? Kenapa bukan Thailand?? Sebab Korea Selatan sekarang ni tengah aktif menyebarkan Visit Korea dorang , budaya tradisional dorang, makanan makanan dorang okay. Aku suka ja nak travel Asia, cuma tak da peluang lagi nih hmm jom korang jom

Kalau dilihatkan dari sudut Korea sendiri, masih menjaga budaya budaya mereka walaupun mostly sekarang dah kelihatan ke'barat'an sangat --- leh Malaysia pon sama ja. *hado ko konvo kau tak pakai baju kurung, Malaysia kot~* Tapi aku nak rasa budaya Korea yang lain, macam perkahwinan dorang style lain jugak --- alaaa yang tampal2 merah kt pipi tu hahaha . Lepas tu aku suka gila dengan music tradisional dorang. Kalau kita ada kompang bagai , dorang pon ada gayageum bagai tu. Tengok hanbok tradisional dorang, perghh maybe tak kan pakai selalu tapi menutup aurat okayh!

3. Ketinggian dorang tak mematahkan keyakinan diri aku. hahahh okay ni pelik tapi percayalah korang rasa patah gila keyakinan diri bila tengok mat saleh mat saleh ni mak hai tinggi dia. Lepastu kalau duduk dalam kelas kat belakang , rasa nak cantas je kepala kepala dorang tu hahaha . Dah la kepala dah halang, bahu lagi sebeban dah depa korang. Hapa yang korang nampak kat white board pon tak tau lah.

Bila aku g Korea hari tu, melihatkan orang orang Korea depan mata... hmm takdak lah tinggi mana pon. Cuma nampak lonjong lah sebab dorang kurus kurus .

G tengok Immortal Songs ! Perghh meremang bulu roma bulu roma ohh hahaha

5. Bahasa Korea yang mudah untuk dipelajari. Sebenarnya tak susah pon bahasa Korea ni as long as kau ingat alphabet aka hangul tu. Hangul tu mudah nak tulis cuma nak pronounce memerlukan kelembutan lidah anda hahaha. Malaysian antara yang fasih untuk pronounce perkataan perkataan Korean sebab bahasa Malaysia kita ni dulu bahasa yang mudah ; even peniaga peniaga pon guna bahasa kita waktu trading trading barang nih.

Cuma tinggal kerajinan kau nak menghafal vocabulary bahasa korea je lah. Macam belajar bahasa Malayu jugak, kau belajar berapa tahun kat sekolah baru buat ayat ; era globalisasi dunia tanpa limitasi, segalanya di hujung jari tuu

6. Aku memang suka tengok orang mata kecik . EYE SMILE tu membunuh kuuuu ~ eh? jahahahah dari segi appearance , aku tau ja korang kata dorang suka plastik plastik bagai semua tu. yeah agreed! and kadang kadang membakar jugak lah bila Korean ni asyik nak putih kan kulit tu seputih putihnya --- kalau ye pon make up muka putih jangan la sampai lain bebeno dari badan nya hahaha.
Contohnya EXO Kai, dorang cakap gelap ? walaweh walaweh scary mak hang hmm tapi bab mata kecik tu seriously minat gila. Kiranya monolid tu <-

Hmm ni sekadar bosan bosan easter break nih. Tidak berniat menyinggung memana pihak. Sumpah bosan gila hahahah walaupon aku tau reasoning aku tak da kena mengena, korang kena mengenakan lah dia okay :DD hahahaha

[GastronautEinGB] Halal bibimbap in UK , more specifically WOKING ! ^^

Assalamualaikum and annyeong guys !
Well I know that I don't really have any followers on blog *damndamn*
Let it be. Make this blog as a part of what I experienced in my life :)

After 2 academic years and 1 semester on my third year in UniOfSurrey , I feels like writing about food that I have tasted everywhere I went to whether in UK or in Malaysia . I'll be sure to write about food in Malaysia *again though no one read this*

So this is my first time writing to be a Gastronaut ! I AM A GASTRONAUT !

I have been searching for many times for halal bibimbap ( Korean mixed rice with vegetables ) in London since London usually have a lot of Korean Restaurant there. However it's hard to find a halal beef bulgogi bibimbap in London . Halal means the animal (except for pork/pig)  is slaughtered in Muslim way. You can find out why we have to slaughter it in Muslim way from Mr. Google :D You can ask me tooooo :)

Halal bibimbap in Woking
 Where ?
Market Walk , Woking . It is between Peacock and Wolsey Place. Open 7days a week.

 Find
   Shin's sushi and bibimbap cafe
All the ingredients used are halal
   The working ahjumma is Korean

 What you need to know?
Beef bulgogi is so limited. You have to get there early. Like seriously early.
The cafe is open at 10am and usually the beef bulgogi is available around 10.30am.
There is also kimbap ! :D
You can use card to pay *yeahohyeah*

I had a bowl of chicken bulgogi when I went there because the beef bulgogi just finished. I even asked the ahjumma if I can taste the sweet chicken  *she did gave me a pieces or two for me to taste. saranghaeyo ajumma*
The chicken bulgogi is really nice . It is not spicy at all. *I hope they cook it more spicier than this since I love to eat spicy food though I can't tolerate Malaysian bird chillies -_-* The bibimbap is so nice. It is quite a lot. They also changed the fried egg to boil egg. Usually in bibimbap, they top on with a fried egg. I don't know how others tongue will taste but for me it is quite nice. The chicken is so soft and are full with flavour. The price is 5.80gbp . It is quite affordable. Comparing this and sushi nara's bibimbap, i think sushi nara bibimbap is better than this but of course for the chicken , this is way way wayyy better. We can only eat tofu bibimbap in Sushi Nara T.T

chicken bulgogi bibimbap

the chicken the looks redder than other is the sweet chilli chicken

they even have place for the customers to eat

The cafe also sells Demi Soda. There is a lot of soda drinks in Korea. Like really a lot. You can find watermelon flavour mango peach ... there's really a lot! But everything is in Korea. :)

i miss you sodaaa ~
The sweet chilli chicken ( I don't exactly remember the name but it is really red in colour and looks like it would be really hot as in Malaysian hot but it is not hot at all ) is really nice. I think they fried it first then they covered it in the chilli sauce. For me it is not hot at all and it is sweet. It's yummy :) macam ayam masak merah !

I hope this is a little help for those whose has been searching for halal beef bibimbap .

BONUS BONUSS ! :D My friend went to Woking again the next day and she bought beef bulgogi with rice for us ! The beef is so soft . I actually don't really favor to eat beef but this is an exception. It never gets into between my teeth and it's so nice. The flavour is not too strong. It taste a little bit like beef cooked with black pepper and veggies :)

Al kisah nya kpop ni ha...

Assalamualaikum annyeong annyeong :D
Hmmm dah viral teruk dah kes kpop kat Malaysia rituh .

Tapi .... Tapi .... Tapi ....

Saya hanya menyatakan pendapat . Tidak sesekali mahu menyakiti pihak mana mana . Cuma mahukan lebih penjelasan .

Dan kemudian, buat individu individu yang sering cakap kata ; lah, macam lah korang faham apa korea tu cakap!
And here I want to give you a nice answer ; Ya, saya faham hampir 60% apa yang orang Korea cakap sebab saya belajar bahasa mereka. Well it is a nice way to learn another language.
Trimas.

#einseoulwalk : Day 1 [ bits bits of Hongdae and Insadong ]

Finally ! Finally ! I finally visited South Korea ! Yes, I am a big fan of kpop since I'm 16, and I have always dream to visit there with my secondary school friends. and finally I'm in South Korea with one of my school friends :) for 6nights.

Our flight was on 18th Sept at 1.00am . Just because we want to enjoy our every single moment in Seoul, we took the early flight. Guys, if you don't really have strength and determination, please take the next flight. You'll get to rest; AirAsi* is not like other airlines. Your head heads down 90 degrees to your shoulder //it hurts// .

Anyway let's start with my first day in Seoul. I can't believe it at first, it's like I'm living in dramas that I have been watching. Every time I walked out from the subway station, it feels like I teleported to another scene. So we arrived around 8.30am in Incheon International Airport. We took AREX to Hongik University Station ; to our guesthouse. It tooks us about 45 minutes from the airport to Hongik University Station (Hongdae). The scenery is magnificent but I don't really enjoy the scene because of my tired body. Still I can see that it is beautiful.

We stayed in Kimchee Hongdae Guesthouse ; costs 20,000krw per night per head. We took the 4persons all female dormitory ; hoping that we got a 'kamceng' roommate. *I'm sorry. I totally forgot to take pictures of the guesthouse //slap myself//*

When we arrived in Hongdae, we started to follow the directions given in their website, and yeah I kinda failed in following directions and everything. So basically we don't get lost, but we couldn't find the Kkanbu Chicken ; mentioned in the directions given. Alhamdulillah ; praise to Allah, a very kind ajusshi asked us where are we going. He gave us the directions. Maybe we looked to space out, so he started naver-ing the direction to the guesthouse and asked us to follow him. He looks trustworthy enough that we could follow him.

He walked us to the guesthouse though he was going to the opposite way. T.T aww komawoyo ajusshi. neomu neomu komawoyo.

It's not the time to check in yet, so we just ring the bell and a young Korean guy (not really young //20's// ) came out with messy hair *just woke up maybe* and greet us. He asked for our luggage and asked us at what time will we come back. So we left our luggage there and started to walk to Hongdae. Wondering around Hongdae after we ate a bowl of bibimbap that was really tasteless. I will never go there again . Kekeke i swear that must be a vege bibimbap.

Hongdae is quite big but you wouldn't get lost if you walk there for the first time; unless you asked me to go there alone wander around. I might lost for a while. kkk ^^ Most shops in Hongdae open at 12pm. After i got myself Olleh wifi card, we walk around in Hongdae and went to Mango Six cafe. This is the cafe where Trot Lovers drama filmed before. But we are not exactly in the cafe where they did the filming, like there are so many Mango Six cafes and you wouldn't know which one is it. It's a waste that I didn't spend my money for the Mango Six my bottle . It's the one that Eunji and the CEO's son used in Trot Lovers. I love watching that drama and yet i didn't bought it. //slap myself twice//

blue lemon something something i dont remember
Cafe in Korea does provides you free wifi but usually you have to buy somethng to get the password for the wifi. They put out the password on the receipt. So don't worry and wonder everywhere just to get wifi. Hangout in any cafe and get a cup of coffee that will worth the wifi. :D Actually we did had an itinerary *did I spelled this right, sorry if it is not* but anyway we didn't bring it and ... so we just randomly planned where we want to go tomorrow. We decided to go to Nami Island on the second day. So we went to the tourist information to ask for help about where to buy tickets and how to get there.

Mango Six Cafe :)
The tourist information worker did a very good job in explaining in English and even help us to call the bus tour to Nami Island. However, since we would like to book for 3 people, we need to go to their office by our self and buy the ticket there. Their office located in Insadong. So we went to Insadong by subway. Subway ( underground ) in Korea is pretty much like the one in London. So, my friend and I are used to the one in London and it is not a big problem for us to understand how it works. However it is a bit confusing for my friend who used with subway in Malaysia. I'm not sure how confusing it can be to others since I have never use subway in Malaysia. I'm living wayyyyy in North Malaysia.

It tooks about 20-30 minutes from Hongdae to Insadong. We didn't get to go around Insadong for long. It is one of the tourist attraction. You can see many tour buses stop there. You can get street foods but not really cheap there. I bought myself a hoddeok that costs 1000krw and actually you can get it for 500krw only. Anyway it is hot and yummy. My friend bought the umbrella ice cream! It is so popular.

Insadong
you can find quite a lot street food here but it's a bit pricey
So we get ourselves tickets to Nami Island and a single trip tickets for the bus trip to the jetty.  I convinced them to come back to Seoul by train since I really want to go to Petite France! After walking a bit around Insadong we went back to Hongdae to check in. We slept the second we put our head on the pillow. So, now let's go to Day 2 !

*examhiatus; I'll continue writing after exam *

random post :)
