Well I know that I don't really have any followers on blog *damndamn*
Let it be. Make this blog as a part of what I experienced in my life :)
After 2 academic years and 1 semester on my third year in UniOfSurrey , I feels like writing about food that I have tasted everywhere I went to whether in UK or in Malaysia . I'll be sure to write about food in Malaysia *again though no one read this*
So this is my first time writing to be a Gastronaut ! I AM A GASTRONAUT !
I have been searching for many times for halal bibimbap ( Korean mixed rice with vegetables ) in London since London usually have a lot of Korean Restaurant there. However it's hard to find a halal beef bulgogi bibimbap in London . Halal means the animal (except for pork/pig) is slaughtered in Muslim way. You can find out why we have to slaughter it in Muslim way from Mr. Google :D You can ask me tooooo :)
Halal bibimbap in Woking
Where ?
Market Walk , Woking . It is between Peacock and Wolsey Place. Open 7days a week.
Find
Shin's sushi and bibimbap cafe
All the ingredients used are halal
The working ahjumma is Korean
What you need to know?
Beef bulgogi is so limited. You have to get there early. Like seriously early.
The cafe is open at 10am and usually the beef bulgogi is available around 10.30am.
There is also kimbap ! :D
You can use card to pay *yeahohyeah*
I had a bowl of chicken bulgogi when I went there because the beef bulgogi just finished. I even asked the ahjumma if I can taste the sweet chicken *she did gave me a pieces or two for me to taste. saranghaeyo ajumma*
The chicken bulgogi is really nice . It is not spicy at all. *I hope they cook it more spicier than this since I love to eat spicy food though I can't tolerate Malaysian bird chillies -_-* The bibimbap is so nice. It is quite a lot. They also changed the fried egg to boil egg. Usually in bibimbap, they top on with a fried egg. I don't know how others tongue will taste but for me it is quite nice. The chicken is so soft and are full with flavour. The price is 5.80gbp . It is quite affordable. Comparing this and sushi nara's bibimbap, i think sushi nara bibimbap is better than this but of course for the chicken , this is way way wayyy better. We can only eat tofu bibimbap in Sushi Nara T.T

BONUS BONUSS ! :D My friend went to Woking again the next day and she bought beef bulgogi with rice for us ! The beef is so soft . I actually don't really favor to eat beef but this is an exception. It never gets into between my teeth and it's so nice. The flavour is not too strong. It taste a little bit like beef cooked with black pepper and veggies :)
