and because of this i've just realized about : Small Petite body and slim legs ..
i think this the only thing that i can change at my body right now :) say no no no to surgery mehh.

so , just now that i remembered that the first step ehh.. no no no the third step that i must take is by watching my calories that i need and calories that i take each day. so i started to survey about Malaysian food calories list and and and .. :) i've finally found something that is helpful for me and i think for u too :D
its CEKODOK.COM ! :D okay its sounds weird because it is also a food.. *.* actually this website is helping u to know about calories in each food that u consumed every day each time , and the most important is i had just found out that energy that i needed for each day is 1700calories. ooo.... and this website is empowered by Kevin Zahri :D wow..........
however, if i eat 1700 calories each day, then my weight wouldn't go down and i wouldn't be like Seohyun..

because all SNSD members only have 500 calories per day . *o* excuse me , may i ask ? what do they eat everyday? I'm pretty sure that they don't gulp water every time because water has only ... 00.00 calories! so... what do you think they are eating ? O.O If i know about it, I may change my DIET into SNSD diet mehh... waa...
[ again, my roommate phone alarm is ringing and seemed that she also feel annoyed by her OWN alarm.. kekeke . Its funny mehh cuz i can't hear my own alarm even if it is ringing inside of my head ! ]
haha and i just counted all the calories that i took today is about 1000 maybe? urgh .. =.=' one thousand seems to BIG lorr.. so need to reduce it starting by tomorrow ! ^^ yeah ~ using my second step that i took a few weeks ago -- having protein shake . shake . shake .shake...........ooo... O.o
from the information given by Kevin Zahri , for 30g of protein shake gives u about 130calories in ur body.. i think that should be enough for me by taking only one serving of protein shake cuz i'm afraid that i might be taking another type of food usually i surely will take another type of food lorr.. huhu nothing can help me from spending my money. the instinct of the SHUPPERholics is soooooooooo hard to resist !
right now, u people and me also ,, starts to count the calories that u had everyday ! ^^ Keep our body fit ! Keep our body healthy !
I think Korean idol had made me another benefit : Keeping my body fit and slim! ^^
